Support Services:

• Feasibility studies or pre-feasibility studies, designs, layouts, tender book and instructions for construction and use of technical-urban networks
• Documentations for building permits, Urbanism Certificate and other permits requested in UC necessary to develop investment activity including DTAC (designs and layouts for building permit)
• Assistance through the execution of project regarding technical solutions and participation to commission of acceptance
• Preparation of designs for all design phases: FS, TP, TB and ASBUILT drawings (from start to after-execution)
• Representing the investor in front of local authorities or other entities (like Electrica, National Road Administration, Enel and others) in order to obtain contract for rental
• Special designs for river or water crossings
